My Isolation Diaries is an artist’s book composed of eleven intimate letters written during a period of emotional isolation and inner retreat. The book combines personal writing with original drawings, creating a visual and textual diary that explores vulnerability, memory, the body, and the search for belonging.

Written in Arabic, Hebrew, and English, the book moves between personal
confession and quiet political reflection. Through fragile yet powerful imagery, the drawings appear naïve at first glance but carry emotional weight, addressing fear, war, feminine identity, and the experience of living between cultures.

This book is not only a record of solitude, but an act of survival — transforming silence into language and emotion into image. It is a work about the courage to expose the inner self and about the possibility of human connection within isolation.

יומני הבידוד שלי הוא ספר אמנית המורכב מאחד־עשר מכתבים אינטימיים שנכתבו בתקופה של בידוד רגשי והתכנסות פנימית. הספר משלב כתיבה אישית עם ציורים מקוריים, ויוצר יומן חזותי וטקסטואלי החוקר פגיעּות, זיכרון, גוף וחיפוש אחר שייכות.

הספר נכתב בשלוש שפות - ערבית, עברית ואנגלית - ונע בין וידוי אישי לבין הרהור פוליטי שקט. דרך דימויים שנראים במבט ראשון נאיביים אך נושאים עוצמה רגשית עמוקה, הציורים נוגעים בפחד, מלחמה, זהות נשית וחוויית חיים בין תרבויות.
